The performance and durability of sand rollers depend on a range of factors, including the condition of the rice mill, the characteristics of the sand rollers, the type and variety of brown rice, its moisture content, the milling process, and the operator’s skill level. When milling does not meet expectations, consider selecting a more suitable sand roller in accordance with the following guidelines.
(Considering only the following single phenomenon from the perspective of the sand roller):
1. The service life of the sand roller is unsatisfactory.
⑴ Try selecting a sanding roller with higher hardness.
⑵ Try using a sand roller with a finer grain size.
