　　Belt breakage is primarily caused by belt misalignment, failure to replace a dull belt in a timely manner, excessive grinding load, impact with hard objects during operation, or defects in the belt itself. Belt breakage should be avoided whenever possible, as it may lead to fire or explosion. When the current of the sanding roller on the machine table becomes abnormal, check whether the abrasive belt has become dull; if so, replace it promptly.
