Reference durability of sand roller

K value is a reference coefficient, generally between 1 and 2. 　　2, S is the grinding surface area of the sand roller, in square meters.

Replacement and protection of sand roller

　　After the emery roller is used for a period of time, the output and precision of rice milling will decrease, which is a normal phenomenon. Regarding the decrease in output, if conditions permit, the sand roller can be removed and the spiral groove can be trimmed with a portable grinder, and the output will generally recover. For the decrease in accuracy, you can properly pressurize the thallium or adjust the rice knife to solve it. Before replacing the sand roller, please carefully check whether other elements of the whitening room （such as screw propeller, rice dial, etc.） are invalid, otherwise the effect will not be very good after replacing the sand roller. 　　Sand rollers are fragile, so they should be handled with care to prevent falling or collision, and no rolling. When storing, it should be protected from moisture, freezing and overheating, and should not be mixed with acid, alkali or oil. Resin sand rollers should be rotated and inspected after they have been stored for more than one year and can be used only after they are qualified.
