Abrasive belt deviation
Category:
Release time:2020-07-21
This is typically caused by improper adjustments. Under normal conditions, the abrasive belt should oscillate with an amplitude of 15–20 mm and a frequency of 15–20 cycles per minute, at a moderate speed, with consistent forward and return strokes. If operating outside these parameters, prolonged use may lead to belt misalignment, particularly when the forward and return speeds are uneven. Belt misalignment can result from a malfunctioning photoelectric sensor, a faulty oscillation valve, or damage to the oscillation cylinder. Poor dust extraction and high dust concentrations can impair the sensor’s proper operation and also contribute to belt misalignment.
